2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons baking powder
3oz cheese of your choosing ( I used half american half sharp)
1/2 teaspoon salt
one cup of whole milk
6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter ( I used plugra)

For Garlic Butter Topping

4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon oregano
dash of garlic salt

Directions

preheat oven to 425. And line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Sift all dry ingredients together and place 3/4 cup of dry mixture into a food processor. Add the 6 tablespoons of unsalted butter and pulsate together till mixture looks like coarse meal. Add pulsed mixture back into the dry ingredients and stir to combined. Then add all Garlic and Cheese and stir to incorporate. Then add milk and fold in till everything is fully Incorporated. put mixture onto saran wrap and shape it into a rectangle. so that the mix is about 1'' and a half thick and place it into the refrigerator for five minutes. Un-wrap mixture and cut into 12 equal pieces and shape to look like biscuits. Place on parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes. Make butter topping by putting the four tablespoons in a microwave safe bowl for 50 sec. then add minced garlic, garlic salt, and oregano letting it set for those 15 min. When biscuits are done pop them out of the oven and brush on topping and enjoy!
